    Dr Elmi Zulkarnain Osman is definitely the best Malay language tutor for Malay language home tuition in Singapore. My son was taught by Dr Elmi and he scored A* for his Malay and Distinction for his Higher Malay for his PSLE. Thanks Dr Elmi Zulkarnain.
